Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and influential Performance & Rewards Senior Manager to lead initiatives that shape a dynamic culture of engagement, recognition, and motivation across the Asia region. This pivotal position involves designing and executing innovative performance management frameworks and reward programs that align with business objectives and inspire top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global performance and compensation strategies at the regional level, ensuring effective localization and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on complex performance and rewards issues, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Develop and sustain competitive regional reward schemes consistent with Pandora’s global frameworks and organizational goals.
- Monitor and assess local practices across multiple countries, partnering with HR Directors to address priorities and opportunities.
- Oversee employee wellbeing initiatives and direct harmonization of benefit offerings to maintain consistency and enhance employee value.
- Lead multi-country teams to encourage collaboration and high performance across the region.
- Ensure all programs comply with global policies and local legal regulations.
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement of reward strategies to elevate the employee experience and foster business growth.
- Serve as a global lead for specific performance & reward specializations or critical projects, embedding regional insights in program development.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of seven years’ senior-level experience in rewards management, with performance management knowledge beneficial.
- Background in global companies, preferably within retail or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience working across multinational environments managing diverse reward and performance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver competitive and motivational reward systems.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking with expertise in regional and global reward management.
- Effective communicator able to articulate vision, set priorities, and manage organizational change aiming to boost retention and performance.
- Experience in HR or reward business partnering advantageous.
- Solid leadership qualities and people management skills.
- Excellent influencing and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.
