Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Researcher or Senior Researcher possessing robust expertise in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. The individual will engage in applied research and development projects to craft practical AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth research in Data Science, NLP, AI, ML, and evolving AI methodologies.
• Create, develop, and assess machine learning models, algorithms, and prototypes.
• Manage and analyze both structured and unstructured datasets, including textual documents.
• Build solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and smart automation techniques.
• Convert scientific concepts into proof of concepts (POCs) and implementable solutions.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and field specialists.
• Produce technical documentation, academic papers, and deliver presentations.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning, data science, statistical analysis, and experimental research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Proven capability to evaluate model performance and interpret experimental data.
• Excellent research aptitude and technical communication skills.
• At least two years of experience in research or applied research and development.
• Expertise in NLP tasks including text classification, information extraction, named entity recognition (NER), semantic search, and summarization.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, or AI agents.
• Track record of publications, patents, or other scholarly contributions in the field.
