Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview

Elbetron Technologies seeks an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and enhance AI-driven production systems encompassing AI assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), AI analytics, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and incorporate AI and machine learning solutions.
• Utilize large language models (LLMs) as well as AI APIs and local AI models.
• Construct and fine-tune RAG pipelines for optimized performance.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and workflows with structured output.
• Work extensively with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based mechanisms.
• Integrate AI models within backend systems and applications.
• Develop AI-powered features targeting enterprise-level applications.
• Assess AI model accuracy and overall effectiveness.
• Address AI system security, enhance reliability, and minimize hallucination effects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and product management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Fundamental understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing.
• Experience handling large language models and RAG implementations is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with API integration, database management, and backend system operations.
• Working knowledge of version control using Git and Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of Docker containerization technology is a plus.
• Experience with local or open-source large language models is advantageous.
