About the Role
We seek a proactive AI Engineer to develop our proprietary Business AI Harness, a platform deploying AI agents to automate core business workflows such as accounting, reporting, document handling, email processing, and operational data analysis. This project begins with internal implementation at our company and aims to evolve into a commercial product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and enhance the in-house AI agent platform facilitating LLM-driven workflows for daily business processes including finance, reporting, and communications.
- Integrate large language model APIs such as Claude and OpenAI with internal software systems like accounting tools, databases, email platforms, and web-based dashboards.
- Create and refine development resources such as prompt designs, tool invocation methods, formatted outputs, evaluation techniques, and safety guardrails.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to collect feedback and rapidly iterate on the AI harness functionalities.
- Contribute towards transitioning the internal AI harness into a polished product suitable for the market as development progresses.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicant must be either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; applications from others will not be considered.
- Possession of an academic degree or professional certification specifically in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is mandatory.
- Recent graduates with the relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Strong programming abilities in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js) are essential.
- A demonstrated practical interest in large language models is required—experience from personal projects, coursework, or internships involving GPT, Claude APIs, agent development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or automation is highly valued.
- A genuine curiosity regarding business operations is important as the role focuses on automating real-world accounting and operational workflows.
