We are currently seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our Pune-based offshore team, focusing on building sophisticated AI-driven agents that ensure reliable migration processes and support application teams effectively.

Key Duties

• Develop and maintain the Parity Validator that triggers old versus new pipelines in non-production environments, compares outputs such as binaries, image digests, and test results instead of relying on exit codes, and posts structured difference reports as pull request comments.
• Create the Secrets and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) scanning agent, employing regex and entropy detection coupled with large language model (LLM) triage to mask findings and route them appropriately, incorporating strict blocking for critical severity issues.
• Design and implement the Governance/PR agent as the centralized gatekeeper for all GitHub write operations, managing templated pull requests, CODEOWNERS review assignments, migration-state labels, and ensuring idempotent behaviors.
• Build a retrieval-based Migration Co-Pilot chat agent grounded firmly on authorized documentation and repository-specific migration notes, avoiding any fabricated information.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot extensively and maintain evaluation frameworks measuring agent accuracy and rates of manual intervention, reporting these metrics to client stakeholders.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, preferably with Python, demonstrating strong experience in APIs and automation.
• Expertise in developing LLM applications focused on guardrails including structured outputs, retrieval grounding, rigorous evaluation, and hallucination mitigation, with daily usage of GitHub Copilot.
• Solid understanding of security-oriented engineering principles such as secret detection, log redaction, and audit trail creation, recognizing the importance of preventing raw secrets from entering models or logs.
• Proficient knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and Git workflows, especially relating to build artifacts and parity validation.
• Additional beneficial experience includes familiarity with GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) APIs, vector search technologies such as pgvector, building internal chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and a background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET).
