Role Responsibilities

• Craft, develop, and launch AI agents and automated workflows to improve business and financial operations.
• Create AI-driven services and systems tailored for internal and client use, prioritizing secure, on-premises hosting.
• Incorporate large language models and diverse AI algorithms into existing platforms, including technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and orchestrating multiple agents.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize current systems, boost efficiency, and infuse AI capabilities into ongoing processes.
• Guarantee AI solutions comply with company data privacy, security, and regulatory standards by deploying models on private infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 2-4 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, supported by a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI algorithms, especially large language models and agent frameworks, rooted in strong mathematical and statistical fundamentals.
• Practical expertise building AI agent-based applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience implementing and maintaining AI models on-premises using tools such as Ollama, vLLM, or customized inference servers rather than exclusively cloud-based APIs.
• Proficient in Python programming; familiarity with C++ or Java is advantageous.
• Solid skills in managing large-scale data, proficiency with SQL, and utilizing frameworks like Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions into live production environments.
• Working knowledge of vector databases and embedding-driven information retrieval techniques.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, software development life cycles, containerization technologies like Docker, and version control systems such as Git.
