Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions primarily using Python. The role involves collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into AI model specifications, building data pipelines, and maintaining system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Create, test, and implement AI-powered applications using Python and associated technologies.
- Work closely with different functional teams to understand business requirements and convert these into detailed technical AI model designs.
- Construct and integrate data pipelines to analyze extensive datasets, supporting AI system functionalities.
- Identify and resolve problems affecting AI model efficiency, data integrity, and the overall system stability.
Requirements
- Possess between 5 and 12 years of professional experience in developing AI algorithms or similar technical roles.
- Demonstrate strong command of Python programming along with familiarity with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) projects is considered a plus.
