• Create and manage AI-powered internal dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio to monitor financial, labor, and operational metrics.
• Enhance financial data management including importing bank transactions and streamlining accounting processes.
• Implement and assess reconciliation and intelligent bookkeeping systems to boost precision and efficiency.
• Oversee AI operations and automated procedures to identify and fix issues, optimizing for reliability, accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in finance, operations, marketing, customer support, and other areas to embed AI into everyday workflows.
• Ensure all AI applications comply with industry standards, ethical practices, security protocols, and company goals.
• Deliver technical support, training, and generate comprehensive documentation for AI-driven applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience working with AI or machine learning technologies, automation platforms, data management, and systems integration.
• In-depth technical knowledge of AI models, automated workflows, APIs, data streams, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Background in deploying or integrating business software, particularly involving finance, accounting, operations, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with automation and business intelligence tools such as Zapier, Make, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with accounting systems, point-of-sale software, forecasting, financial reconciliation, and bookkeeping is highly advantageous.
