Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our dealer and distributor networks in the hardware and electronics sectors within Jaipur, Rajasthan. The candidate will focus on driving B2B sales, building robust partner relationships, and increasing market penetration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategize and oversee the development and management of dealers and distributors.
- Lead B2B sales initiatives related to hardware, electronic, electrical, or automotive products.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and initiate onboarding of new dealers.
- Establish and sustain strong partnerships with channel partners and dealers.
- Consistently meet monthly sales objectives while broadening the company's market presence.
- Track competitor behavior and keep abreast of evolving market trends.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years' experience in sales within hardware, electronics, electrical, or automotive product sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in developing dealer networks and managing distributor relationships.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, communication, and executing field sales strategies.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Jaipur.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 30,000 to 65,000 based on experience and performance.
