Area Manager - NPS Sales

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams while positively influencing various stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and grow the client portfolio.
• Leverage networking abilities to acquire accounts, conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and facilitate decision making ensuring deal closures.
• Identify and convert potential business opportunities within the sector.
• Maintain strong client relationships through networking and relationship management at senior and middle management levels.
• Conduct client visits to promote the National Pension System (NPS).
• Organize and manage client engagement initiatives and conferences.
• Deliver tailored value propositions and solutions to clients.
• Persistently follow up to ensure closure of deals.
• Contribute as a core team member towards strategic business planning and objective setting.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure strict adherence to company processes across all business units.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of professional experience in sales, new business development, market expansion, and client acquisition.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and leading a team, adept at handling ambiguous situations with sound judgment and responsibility.
• Strong executive presence coupled with excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as required both within and outside the assigned location.
• A solid grasp of fundamental financial concepts.
• Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.
