Job description

Position Summary

The Archives Assistant will handle various duties related to the maintenance and organisation of physical document storage, ensuring an orderly system for records management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise physical storage areas for documents and records.
  • Conduct data entry tasks alongside general administrative duties.
  • Support file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Manage the storage and retrieval process of files efficiently.
  • Place orders for files using the IM Connect system.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates strong organisational capabilities.
  • Possesses approximately one to two years of experience in general office administration, with prior experience in filing within a professional/corporate environment considered beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Capable of working swiftly without compromising quality.
