Role Summary

As a Revit Architect at BIMBoss, you will be responsible for creating and updating architectural Revit models throughout the design process, from early schematic stages through to final construction documentation. Early on, you will take independent ownership of at least one live project’s model development with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural Revit models, including elements such as floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules, following client and project standards.
• Create and administer reusable Revit families and templates for use across projects.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and clashes.
• Produce comprehensive construction-ready drawing sets in alignment with current design intent.
• Adhere to BIM execution plans by ensuring model quality, utilizing standardized naming conventions, and meeting Level of Development (LOD) requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate frequently with project leads in the US, UK, and Canada, adapting to client-specific workflows and review schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 years of practical experience creating architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Proficient understanding of Revit families, worksets, and workflows for multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Experience managing projects across schematic design, design development, and construction documentation stages.
• Comfortable using Navisworks or comparable tools for clash detection and coordination activities.
• Able to operate independently under tight deadlines, collaborating effectively with international, distributed teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate daily coordination with overseas clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging Dynamo or similar computational/automation tools within Revit.
• Familiarity with point cloud-to-BIM or scan-to-BIM modeling techniques.
• Previous work experience with architecture, engineering, and construction clients based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms.
