Role Overview

The Architectural / Interior Draftsman will play a key role in supporting the design team by creating detailed architectural and interior drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Daily tasks include transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, overseeing drawing revisions, and maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout project documentation. Collaborating closely with architects and designers, the draftsman will assist in space planning and prepare comprehensive drawing packages for client presentations and on-site execution. This position demands on-site presence in Bhopal with strong coordination with project and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in all deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in producing architectural and construction drawings with clarity and comprehensive technical detail.
• Solid understanding of architectural and planning principles for converting concepts into functional and well-structured spaces.
• Proficiency in drawing techniques including line work, detailing, and graphical representation tailored for architectural and interior design projects.
• Experience with CAD and drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit; familiarity with 3D visualization tools considered a plus.
• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Draftsmanship, or a related discipline.
• Capability to interpret design briefs, building codes, and technical standards with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with design professionals and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Prior experience in architectural or interior drafting within studio or consultancy environments is advantageous.
