Job Description
This full-time, on-location role based in Al Khobar requires an Architect to lead architectural project design and management. Responsibilities cover overseeing all project phases, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine detailed architectural drawings and designs.
- Ensure projects meet applicable codes, regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
- Manage and supervise project execution from planning through development phases.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance design concepts, visualization, rendering, and accelerate workflow efficiency.
- Integrate AI with architectural software to optimize daily project tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Resident of Al Khobar city.
- Registered professional with Saudi Council of Engineers holding a valid classification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong background in architectural design and planning.
- Experience incorporating AI technologies into design and visualization workflows.
- Project management skills including planning, executing, coordinating, and supervising.
- Keen understanding of civil engineering and construction principles.
- Proficiency with software for architectural design, visualization, and rendering.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
