Architectural Draftsman (Revit)

Job Overview

We seek a skilled Architectural Draftsman proficient in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and relevant design software to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will produce detailed drawings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Generate precise 2D drawings and 3D models utilizing Autodesk Revit and additional design platforms.
• Coordinate effectively with architects alongside structural and MEP teams to ensure project alignment.
• Revise and update drawings to reflect project progress and design modifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree holder in Architecture or an allied discipline.
• Hands-on expertise with Autodesk Revit, 3D SketchUp, and Grasshopper software.
• Extensive understanding of architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM processes.
• Competent in interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to adhere to project timelines.
