Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Draftsman / Engineering Services specialist to create and develop architectural plans and drawings for multiple projects. This position requires converting project specifications and design ideas into precise and actionable engineering blueprints, while collaborating effectively with various engineering teams.

Primary Duties

• Create architectural drawings and plans aligned with approved designs and project specifications.
• Transform design concepts and project needs into precise, execution-ready technical drawings.
• Interpret and comprehend architectural, structural, and MEP plans and drawings.
• Develop detailed construction drawings across different stages of the projects.
• Update and revise drawings to reflect project changes and evolving requirements.
• Ensure architectural drawings are coordinated with structural and MEP disciplines for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to fulfill deadlines and project goals.
• Organize and maintain drawing files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
• Use drafting and modeling software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Engineering Drafting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in architectural drafting and engineering drawings.
• Proven expertise in developing architectural drawings from conceptual phases through to detailed final outputs.
• Strong skills with architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP.
• Competent in reading and interpreting architectural and multidisciplinary engineering drawings.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural details and the ability to coordinate with other engineering sectors.
• Exceptional attention to precision and detail.
• Capacity to perform well within engineering offices and diverse project environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
