Architectural Designer

About the Role

The Architectural Designer will be charged with producing and evolving architectural designs for diverse projects including residential, commercial, and administrative buildings. The role requires ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also comply with engineering standards and local building regulations.

Key Duties

• Create initial architectural drawings and conceptual design schemes.
• Translate design concepts into comprehensive construction documents.
• Utilize architectural and modeling software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to support design processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to verify adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Develop project presentations including 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Continuously update and refine designs as project phases progress.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of design components.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
• Practical experience in architectural design and creating detailed drawings.
• Advanced skills in architectural design and 3D modeling software.
• Strong creativity paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within teams.

Work Environment
