Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced male architectural designer based in Ramprastha colony, UP, to collaborate remotely. This role focuses exclusively on residential projects and offers flexible freelance or work-from-home arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural plans and digital models predominantly for residential structures using industry-standard design software.
• Interpret clients' ideas, stylistic preferences, and budget constraints into comprehensive floor plans and visual layouts.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers regularly to evaluate design feasibility and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all preliminary designs comply with applicable local building codes and zoning regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in architectural design, specifically for residential projects.
• Proficiency in architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Ability to work remotely and independently as a freelancer.
