Role Overview

This full-time Architect position, located in Kozhikode, entails creating architectural concepts and detailed designs for both residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, plans, and 3D visuals and collaborating closely with clients to interpret their requirements. The role requires integration with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior teams to ensure alignment with budget, compliance, and safety norms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Designing and developing architectural plans and concepts for diverse project types.
• Producing detailed drawings and 3D visual representations.
• Collaborating extensively with clients to gather and refine project requirements.
• Coordinating efforts among structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Ensuring architectural outputs comply with budgetary constraints, regulations, and safety standards.
• Supporting project documentation and assisting in site inspections to monitor progress and resolve design issues.
• Working alongside project managers to follow project timelines and enable seamless execution from inception to completion.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space utilization, façade development, and knowledge of local building regulations.
• Experience with software integration relevant to architectural processes, including design tools, BIM platforms, or CAD systems for effective project coordination.
• Project Management expertise, encompassing planning, multidisciplinary team coordination, and monitoring design milestones.
• Competent use of architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar; familiarity with visualization applications is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification; professional registration or licensing as applicable is preferred.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and documentation abilities, with readiness to work on-site alongside diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience with residential or Kerala-style home design projects and understanding of local construction materials and methods is a plus.
