Role Description

As an Architect at HBX, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs through all phases: concept, schematic, and detailed designs for various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your daily activities will involve creating design proposals, generating drawings and documentation, collaborating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and building codes. Participation in client meetings and translating requirements into functional, buildable designs, along with supporting project managers during construction and supervision, will form key parts of your duties. Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to uphold design quality, address technical challenges, and contribute to digital design and engineering integration is expected. This role is full-time and based on-site or hybrid in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, with skills in developing concept, schematic, and detailed design packages.
• Proven ability to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines to ensure cohesive and buildable solutions.
• Competence in project design management, including planning, scheduling, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and visualization software.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, approval procedures, and regional construction practices.
• Strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills to work efficiently in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects within the GCC region is advantageous.
