About the Role
Konker is seeking a recently qualified Architect to become part of its expanding design team located at the head office in Skipton. This is an excellent chance for a motivated architect to grow their career within a well-established firm, working on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects across the UK.
The design department currently includes approximately 12 professionals and is integrated within a larger organization of over 40 employees. The position encourages collaboration, responsibility growth, and experience development.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle a range of engaging projects, including schemes situated in areas of outstanding natural beauty and conservation areas. The position provides involvement at various project stages, enhancing both design and technical skills in collaboration with seasoned colleagues.
Additional Information
- Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 annually
- Hybrid working pattern, generally 2-3 days onsite each week
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank and public holidays
