Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Studio Manager based at our Trivandrum office. This role involves managing the architectural studio and overseeing the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through to construction completion. The Studio Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet design plans and specifications. Responsibilities include producing detailed construction drawings, reviewing contract documents, and collaborating closely with the team of architects and designers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in building detailing, specifications, and construction administration.
• Experience managing architectural projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge or experience in sustainable design, energy modeling, and passive design techniques is advantageous.
• Registration with the National Council of Architecture is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of projects independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.

Work Conditions

Position is full-time and requires presence at the Trivandrum studio.
