Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Architect with strong technical expertise to assist in planning, designing, developing, and executing architectural projects. The position entails creating architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, drafting technical plans, coordinating documentation, and ensuring all designs comply with functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations, and construction documents.
• Support design development including material selection and space planning.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Review and monitor design modifications and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Ensure communication of project requirements throughout all phases.
• Contribute to innovative and practical design solutions balancing objectives, budgets, sustainability, safety, and buildability.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure smooth coordination for project progression from concept to completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar discipline.
• Strong grasp of architectural design concepts, building planning, construction techniques, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent design and drafting software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Excellent creative, visual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in creating clear architectural drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Good understanding of local building codes, standards, and planning regulations.
• Remarkable attention to detail with organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
