Working closely with the Allegron corporate group as well as private clients, the firm undertakes varied projects — from multifamily homes and wineries to tiny houses and bespoke residential concepts. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex residential, commercial, and specialized construction projects independently throughout all HOAI service phases.
• Design and develop innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable planning and conceptual ideas.
• Produce design, approval, execution, and detailed plans.
• Prepare and submit building permit applications and coordinate with public authorities.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, specialized planners, authorities, and other project participants.
• Contribute to the preparation of service specifications and schedules.
• Monitor costs and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess incoming bids and review construction and assembly plans.
• Conduct construction management including quality, cost, and schedule oversight, plus preparation and review of measurements and billing.
• Engage proactively in improving planning processes and collaborating within the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate actively in the company’s growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience covering HOAI phases 1 through 8, ideally with specialization in special construction and refurbishment.
• Expertise in planning residential and commercial buildings within building classes 1 to 4.
• Excellent proficiency with Archicad and common MS Office applications.
• Organized, self-reliant, economical, and dependable working style.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for actively shaping projects.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
• Valid driver’s license class B.
