Role Overview

The Architect position is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Dubai, combining onsite presence with some remote work flexibility. The architect will be involved in developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings, and preparing design documentation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities also include coordinating with engineering and consultant teams, integrating technical systems into designs, and ensuring adherence to local codes and regulations.

In addition, the architect will participate in client meetings, assist with project management duties such as scheduling and progress monitoring, and oversee design revisions during construction. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain design standards, perform quality reviews, and enhance design and documentation processes is a vital part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong background in architectural design, including concept creation, spatial planning, and technical detailing.
• Experience integrating structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within architectural projects.
• Knowledge of software development concepts and proficiency with digital architecture tools, including BIM, Revit, CAD, and parametric design applications.
• Project management capabilities encompassing task coordination, timeline management, and effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with tools for presentations.
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE building codes, regulations, and permit procedures.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
• Prior experience in consulting or design firms and knowledge of sustainable design principles are considered advantageous.
