Architect

Role Overview

The Architect is responsible for creating and developing architectural concepts, plans, and construction designs. This position involves collaborating closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to produce architectural solutions that are practical, compliant, and safe.

Key Duties

• Formulate architectural concepts, detailed designs, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Create layouts, specifications, presentations, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate project workflows and communications among clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Guarantee all designs adhere to relevant building regulations, codes, and project standards.
• Evaluate construction drawings, material selections, and technical project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee architectural work while construction is underway to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in project planning, advance design development, and prepare construction-related documents.
• Manage updates to designs, keep track of project schedules, and ensure deliverables are met timely.
• Utilize architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM for designing and technical modeling.
• Diagnose design and construction challenges, providing effective and practical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in architectural design, construction, or project planning.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM platforms.
• Excellent design, technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong skills in communication and coordinating across multiple project teams.
