Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled Architect with robust experience in architectural design and development. The ideal candidate should have no less than three years of professional practice. This role is fully office-based and entails developing architectural designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards throughout design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and evolve architectural designs covering all project phases from conceptualization to detailed design.
• Generate and coordinate architectural drawings and documentation utilizing Revit within a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment.
• Liaise with municipalities, local authorities, and pertinent government bodies to secure design approvals, respond to feedback, and confirm compliance with regulations and permit necessities.
• Produce superior quality 3D models and visualizations employing 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Ensure all architectural solutions meet the Saudi Building Code and applicable municipal guidelines.
• Synchronize architectural efforts with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and planning disciplines.
• Engage in design review sessions and provide expert architectural advice to address technical challenges.
• Track design milestones and confirm punctual completion in line with project timelines.
• Support evaluation of material submissions, sample mockups, and detailed architectural elements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized educational institute.
• At least 5 years of professional architectural experience, including a minimum of 3 years within an engineering consultancy setting.
• Demonstrable expertise in architectural design and progression.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledgeable in BIM processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Possession of professional licensure or certification is beneficial.
• Availability for immediate joining is required.
