Role Overview

The Architect will lead and manage project teams to deliver architectural projects within defined timelines, budgets, and design standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead architectural teams across projects from initial concept to completion, maintaining alignment with budget and design requirements.
• Supervise multiple projects through design development, construction phases, and finalization.
• Translate conceptual architectural designs into feasible, quality solutions ensuring buildability and regulatory adherence.
• Create and deliver design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Oversee documentation preparation including tender drawings, technical specs, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Review and coordinate BIM models and architectural drawings, handling authority submissions, clash detection, and as-built records.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth project coordination and approvals.
• Deliver technical and site support to guarantee construction aligns with approved designs and project requirements.
• Address and resolve design and technical issues by integrating appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Mentor junior architects in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination practices.
• Contribute to business growth by preparing design proposals, client presentations, and participating in architectural competitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture or possessing relevant Board of Architects (BOA) accreditation.
• A minimum of six years’ professional experience focused on residential or institutional architectural projects.
• Possession of Qualified Person (QP) status, registration as an architect, or progression towards QP qualification is advantageous.
