Job Overview

As part of the Technical Office team, the role focuses on contributing to architectural design development for various projects, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring cohesive coordination with engineering disciplines for integrated and quality designs. The position also requires managing and updating architectural BIM models, supporting design activities in alignment with the Saudi Building Code and relevant standards, and assisting in creating technical proposals and architectural presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Well-versed with the Saudi Building Code along with pertinent architectural standards and regulations.
• Advanced command over Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills

• Competent in producing architectural drawings and coordinating with engineering teams.
• Skilled in creating architectural presentation materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experienced in architectural visualization tools like Lumion.
• Advanced capabilities with Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support development and preparation of architectural project designs.
• Create conceptual, preliminary, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Participate in generating innovative design solutions.
• Develop construction and shop drawings along with architectural details and technical specifications.
• Contribute to quantity take-offs and schedule preparations.
• Revise drawings and BIM models following feedback and approvals.
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to maintain design integration and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining BIM models and project documentation accuracy.
