Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage complex construction projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Prepare design, approval, and execution plans for building projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop sustainable and energy-efficient construction concepts.
- Conduct construction supervision and documentation.

Requirements
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Work experience in planning and executing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, German building law, and structural analysis.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
