Role Overview
They are seeking to add a Senior Architect and an experienced Revit Technician to their friendly and growing Auckland team. The roles involve engagement from initial concepts, through working drawings and detailing, to site handover.
Project Scope
The current portfolio includes large-scale projects within commercial, aged care, healthcare, retail, recreation, and government sectors. The focus is on delivering exceptional projects that are about to commence.
Senior Architect Responsibilities & Requirements
- Extensive post-graduate architectural experience.
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree; registration as an architect is essential or nearly completed.
- Demonstrated skills in concept design and design development.
- Experience managing client relationships successfully.
- Proven track record in taking simpler projects from post-concept phase through completion.
- Leadership experience managing a team using Revit software.
- Relevant experience coordinating with secondary consultants.
- Strong background in producing quality designs and detailed documentation using Revit.
- Experience adhering to formal Quality Assurance processes.
- Familiarity with interpreting and applying building frameworks and regulations.
Revit Technician Responsibilities & Requirements
- At least three years of architectural experience within New Zealand.
- Architectural tertiary education.
- Advanced Revit skills at a senior level.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong passion for creative design.
- Experience working on multi-story residential projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the New Zealand building code.

Salary
The Architect role offers a salary range between $90,000 and $120,000 annually.
