Role Overview

KashmirHuts.com seeks an experienced Architect / Architectural Designer specialized in residential, hospitality, and cottage projects. Candidates should bring 4 to 5 years of robust practical exposure and a passion for creating thoughtful architectural solutions.

Key Duties

• Conducting site visits to perform surveys and take accurate measurements
• Developing floor plans, elevations, and comprehensive detailed drawings
• Designing architectural concepts and efficient space layouts
• Producing 3D models and visualizations to illustrate design ideas
• Preparing precise working drawings for project execution
• Collaborating closely with project teams and site personnel to ensure alignment

Candidate Requirements

• Possesses a degree or diploma in Architecture or a closely related discipline
• Has accumulated 4 to 5 years of relevant professional architectural experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp or Revit for drafting and modeling
• Experienced with 3D visualization and rendering tools to create realistic presentations
• Capable of independently managing technical drawings and field measurements
• Preference for candidates with experience in hospitality, cottage, residential, or renovation projects
