Role Overview

This position is a full-time, onsite Architect role based in Dubai focusing on Anaplan platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and maintaining Anaplan architecture across various planning domains, ensuring models are scalable, secure, and perform efficiently aligned with clients' business requirements. Key tasks include converting business needs into Anaplan solution designs, setting model architecture and build standards, and managing integration with source and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and ownership of Anaplan architecture tailored to planning domains.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical Anaplan solution architectures.
• Define best practices, governance frameworks, and standards for model architecture and build.
• Oversee integration efforts linking Anaplan with ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review and optimize existing Anaplan models for performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous enhancements, including documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in solution architecture and architectural design of planning and EPM platforms, preferably with hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Experience in software development/configuration for enterprise applications, including scripting and model building.
• Strong skills in system integration using APIs, ETL tools, and managing data pipelines connecting Anaplan with other business systems.
• Project management experience encompassing planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and on-time deliverables.
• Good understanding of finance, supply chain, or sales and operations planning processes, with ability to convert these to technical designs.
• Experience working in consulting or cross-functional environments with international teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to model performance, data quality, and detail-oriented documentation skills.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey complex concepts both to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or equivalent; relevant Anaplan certifications are a plus.
