Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural initiatives from initial concept through to final execution.
• Create innovative, practical design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
• Prepare and thoroughly review detailed architectural and working drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Work alongside liaison officers and government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or execution challenges.
• Critically review drawings, materials, specifications, and other technical documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects to enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Present design concepts effectively to various stakeholders and coordinate feedback.
• Keep abreast of the latest architectural trends, materials, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience specializing in mid to high-rise projects.
