Position Overview

B2A Design is seeking an experienced Architect with over five years of professional experience. The candidate must possess a degree in Architecture and exhibit proficient skills in architectural design and project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and manage project development phases.
• Coordinate all stages of building permit acquisition effectively.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and construction standards specific to North Macedonia.
• Generate bills of quantities and conduct cost estimation with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and other project participants throughout the development process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and construction standards applicable in North Macedonia.
• Deep understanding of architectural detailing, construction materials, and building principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
