Role Overview

This on-site full-time Architect position in Bengaluru targets professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience designing independent residences, villas (both contemporary and classical), commercial, and retail projects. Familiarity with interior architecture and detailing is a plus, as the role may also cover these aspects parallel to core architectural duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in conceptual development, design advancement, and creation of working drawings for villas, independent homes, commercial, and retail projects.
• Develop 2D and 3D plans utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and visualization tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Interpret client requirements into architectural spatial designs with a focus on classical and contemporary residential styles.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including MEP, structural, and landscape teams to integrate their inputs.
• Visit construction sites to conduct inspections and ensure adherence to design quality and standards.
• Assist with interior layouts, material boards, joinery detailing, and mood boards as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and vendors at all project phases.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Has a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant architectural project experience, with a portfolio highlighting villas, standalone homes, commercial, and retail spaces.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with working knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or V-Ray preferred.
• Strong command over construction detailing, facade design, and luxury residential materials.
• Competent in interior planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
• Well-versed with Bangalore's building codes, submission processes, and approval procedures.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
