Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Architect position requires designing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and generating 3D models for projects spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Responsibilities also encompass coordinating efforts with structural, MEP, and interior consultants, ensuring compliance with regional codes and regulations, and engaging in client meetings to clarify needs and present design proposals. Other duties include supporting project planning, monitoring design milestones, contributing to tender documentation, and assisting with site coordination. Collaboration within internal teams and maintaining well-organized project documentation is essential for ensuring quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of professional experience in architecture.
• Solid grounding in architectural design principles and the capability to develop design solutions that blend functionality, aesthetics, and compliance.
• Experience integrating architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines for harmonious project execution.
• Familiarity with software development processes or workflows related to architecture software, including CAD customization and interoperability, is beneficial.
• Competence in project management during design stages, involving planning, tracking deliverables, and managing risks and dependencies.
• A degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; possessing or being eligible for professional registration is preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with knowledge of visualization and rendering software.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulatory requirements, and approval procedures specific to Vadodara and Gujarat.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines collaboratively on site.
