Role Overview

The company seeks a full-time Architect to join its Mangaluru team. This role involves conceptualizing and crafting detailed architectural designs for both residential and commercial developments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety norms, and sustainability targets. The Architect will create detailed drawings and 3D models, collaborate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design teams, and evaluate designs to balance functionality, aesthetics, and budgetary considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for projects.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP experts, and interior designers.
• Review and optimize designs for functionality, aesthetic appeal, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and address technical challenges during construction.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of design processes and standards within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years' experience in architecture, including concept development, space planning, and preparing detailed drawings.
• Proven project management capabilities including team coordination, timeline oversight, and assistance with budgeting and quality assurance.
• Experience in software development and integration within architecture, proficient in CAD/BIM tools and digital design workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for professional registration as applied locally.
• Advanced proficiency with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively on-site with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with residential and commercial real estate projects and a commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient design is highly desirable.
