Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Architect adept at developing thoughtful and functional architectural solutions from initial concept through to design development and project delivery. This position requires transforming client needs and project goals into innovative designs that harmonize aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts, proposals, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and drawings.
• Convert client requirements and design briefs into practical, effective architectural solutions.
• Develop design presentations, 3D models, visualizations, specifications, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, interior, and other discipline teams to align architectural designs.
• Review design requirements, assess materials, construction techniques, and technical details to assure design quality.
• Perform site visits to evaluate existing conditions, project needs, and any design constraints.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs adhere strictly to building codes, regulatory requirements, planning standards, and industry norms.
• Participate in design development and refinement, value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and ongoing design improvement efforts.
• Oversee project deliverables, manage design revisions, maintain documentation accuracy, and track timelines to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Keep up-to-date with contemporary architectural trends, new materials, technologies, sustainability approaches, and industry advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Robust knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, building systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Skilled in architectural and design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional conceptual, technical, visualization, and presentation capabilities.
• High attention to detail enabling precise architectural documentation production.
• Good understanding of relevant building codes, regulatory frameworks, planning concepts, and technical standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management expertise.
• Adept at integrating creative design with functionality, buildability, budget considerations, and project needs.
• Strong organizational aptitude to juggle multiple design tasks and prioritize effectively.
