Key Responsibilities
- Generate architectural designs, detailed working drawings, specifications, presentation material, and intricate detail drawings for various projects.
- Engage with clients to gather and comprehend their design needs and preferences effectively.
- Conceptualize architectural designs that fulfill client expectations while complying with relevant building codes and statutory regulations.
- Construct 3D models employing tools like SketchUp or Revit Architecture to assist in proposal presentations.
- Offer technical assistance during the construction phase to guarantee faithful execution of approved designs.
- Formulate architectural concepts, layout plans, and visual presentations.
- Compile thorough project documentation including detailed drawings.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers and MEP professionals to synchronize architectural elements.
Eligibility and Requirements
The candidate must possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree to qualify for this role.
