Role Details

This role offers a dynamic experience where each day brings different challenges. We seek someone with an enthusiastic and positive attitude who enjoys working collaboratively. Your mission is to create excellent customer experiences leaving them delighted. As a store ambassador, you will maintain high store standards and engage with the local community, offering attractive deals on popular products.

Your apprenticeship training will be conducted entirely on the shop floor during your first 12 months, without any college attendance or homework requirements. At the conclusion of your apprenticeship, you will participate in an evaluation involving a discussion about your learning and an observed assessment of your performance. Continuous support from your team and tutor is provided to help you complete your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship successfully.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum grade 4 / C (or equivalent) in English and Maths GCSE, or Scottish National 4 qualification
• Not currently enrolled in any education program and available for full-time work
• No prior completion of a retail apprenticeship
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK
• New to retail industry roles
