We are seeking a highly skilled communicator to establish strong connections with prospective clients and support our dynamic, goal-oriented property investment team. The position is available at locations including the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring exceptional and pleasant client experiences.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Property Investment Advisors, maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
• Monitor, manage, and follow up on leads, including handling reschedules and cancellations efficiently.
• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and weekly KPIs related to call volumes and booked meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales manager to enhance messaging, optimize processes, and attain shared departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication skills with professional and clear telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of property investment concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to listen attentively to client needs and appropriately qualify leads.
• Understanding of the building and construction industry is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Finance knowledge related to property investment is highly desirable.
• Experience using diverse IT tools and software applications.
• A positive and motivated attitude is essential.
