Job description
Role Overview
The Applications & Proposal Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by developing precise proposals, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating both technical and commercial elements for project tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Automation & Proposal, Key Account Managers, and Sales Development Executive to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotations using SAP.
- Provide foundational technical assistance to support sales efforts.
- Manage CRM leads effectively to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper follow-up to uphold high standards of customer service and aid successful project delivery.
