About the Role
An established ICT Services company is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join their team. The specialist will be responsible for installing accounting and other software products promoted by the company on clients' computers, ensuring smooth setup and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Manage installation processes for accounting and various software solutions sold by the company on customer PCs.
- Deliver end-user support and assistance for all marketed software offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Marketing, or Information Management and Information Systems (IMIS).
- At least two years of professional experience relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
Minimum education
Diploma / ITI / Vocational
