Job description
About the Role
Nair Systems LLC is seeking a System Administrator for its Qatar operations to handle technical support for NCR ATM solutions within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial Level 1 diagnosis and escalate issues to NCR ATM software support, providing detailed analysis and feedback.
- Assist operational projects and address operational challenges by offering timely support.
- Contribute to patch deployment, application of development releases, and implementation of production fixes in line with SIT/UAT progress.
- Document and share logs and investigation outcomes related to incidents and support tickets with the NCR software support team.
- Fulfill assigned technical requests efficiently.

- Joining period is expected within two weeks, with a maximum extension up to one month.
