Job description
Role Overview
As an Application Specialist focused on In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), you will be responsible for addressing customer technical queries and complaints promptly and effectively. The role involves close cooperation with sales and technical teams, conducting client training sessions, and engaging in client visits to gather feedback for internal stakeholders.
Primary Duties
- Promptly resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with sales personnel and technical support teams to diagnose and solve product-related problems.
- Perform correlation studies and validations in coordination with customers when necessary.
- Lead training sessions to educate customers about product applications.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain communication and relay customer feedback to sales team members.
- Participate actively in regional and national conference calls to provide updates on technical challenges.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; a master's degree is considered advantageous.
- Have a minimum of five years' experience in IVD application fields such as immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology, with immunology preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English for professional communication.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities and a diligent work ethic.
Work Location
Positions are available in major Indian cities such as Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
