About the Role
Groen Research Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating as SPEQ Research, is seeking a skilled and adaptable developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile apps and web platforms. This role involves creating high-quality digital products from inception and managing the entire full-stack infrastructure to ensure seamless performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS as well as web applications.
- Regularly enhance features, resolve bugs, improve application performance, and implement security updates.
- Manage the deployment and compliance of apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including domain management, hosting, cPanel, server maintenance, data backups, and administration of Google Workspace and internal IT resources.
- Collaborate with design, content, and research teams to integrate analytics, data feeds, and marketing functionalities.
- Maintain platform availability, speed, and ensure data security across both web and mobile environments.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for internal processes as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in full-stack web development and cross-platform mobile app development.
- Proficiency with Flutter or React Native frameworks for mobile app development.
- Strong command over web technologies including JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, PHP, Node.js, and databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, server management, cPanel, and hosting environments.
- Hands-on experience managing app store deployments and updates in Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
- Adept in debugging and problem-solving within a dynamic startup setting.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
Educational Qualifications
Degree holders in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or B.E. specializing in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000, complemented by performance-driven incentives.
