About the Company and Work Schedule
This role is based in Noida, India, at Steno House. The working schedule includes 5.5 working days per week with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. The 1st and 3rd Saturdays require working hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while normal office hours run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The position involves managing various app marketing channels including WhatsApp marketing and CRM marketing strategies. Key focus areas include conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and conducting A/B testing to improve marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities also include optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram, aiming to maximize conversions.
The role requires keen monitoring of critical metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate, Lifetime Value (LTV), customer retention, and revenue generation to ensure campaign success.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of hands-on experience in app marketing, aggregator platforms, performance marketing, or WhatsApp automation. Strong expertise in mobile app marketing, customer relationship management, and digital marketing methods is essential.
