Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacant and model apartment units, office spaces, hallways, and common areas as assigned.
• Execute routine housekeeping tasks within apartment homes during resident move-outs, including vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and dusting surfaces.
• Adhere to prioritized work orders provided by supervisors to ensure efficient task completion.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information at all times.

Skills and Experience Required

• Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend frequently, and walk extensively.
• Willingness to handle occasional unsanitary conditions, odors, and exposure to concentrated cleaning chemicals, with reasonable accommodations for disabilities as needed.

Work Schedule

• Standard 8-hour daytime shift.
