Stoa Group invites applications for a full-time Community Housekeeper role at our upscale apartment complex, The Waters at Redstone, located in Crestview, FL. Role Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant and model apartment units, office spaces, hallways, and common areas as assigned.
- Execute routine housekeeping tasks within apartment homes during resident move-outs, including vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and dusting surfaces.
- Adhere to prioritized work orders provided by supervisors to ensure efficient task completion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information at all times.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, working effectively with residents and teammates to clarify cleaning processes and timelines. A cooperative team player, they proactively perform assigned duties with ownership mindset while maintaining friendliness and engagement. The role demands motivation, organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to follow through on promises to residents.
Skills and Experience Required
- Keen attention to detail ensuring thorough cleanliness and quality work.
- Excellent customer service and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality under deadline constraints.
- Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend frequently, and walk extensively.
- Willingness to handle occasional unsanitary conditions, odors, and exposure to concentrated cleaning chemicals, with reasonable accommodations for disabilities as needed.
Work Schedule
- Standard 8-hour daytime shift.
