As the company scales up its delivery capabilities, they seek a Project Manager to lead projects while enhancing service delivery throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The role centers around the evolving Microsoft ecosystem, where ERP, CRM, Data solutions, Copilot, and Agentic AI play significant roles in driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects end-to-end, from initiation through to successful implementation.
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand their goals, priorities, and commercial drivers.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, Data & AI, and emerging technologies into broader transformation roadmaps.
• Balance customer expectations with commercial and technical realities to drive effective delivery.
• Simplify complex technology conversations into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Stay informed on Microsoft product innovations, AI advancements, and relevant technology trends.
• Question established assumptions and guide customers toward initiatives that generate real business value.
• Adapt as priorities shift and take ownership even when clear instructions are unavailable.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technology projects, particularly in ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
• Strong skills in customer engagement and stakeholder management.
• Commercial acumen with confidence addressing business priorities with customers.
• Preferably experienced with Microsoft technologies, though experience in related enterprise technologies will also be considered.
• A genuine interest in Data & AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, and the dynamic Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to discuss various technologies broadly without a narrow focus on one platform.
• Self-motivated with good judgment, able to work independently and act decisively.
• A growth mindset, enjoying learning, adapting, and problem-solving.
• Capable of providing clarity and driving momentum in ambiguous or unstructured environments.
